I've noticed, that when I run the game with my LCD set to 120 Hz at the desktop, the game runs twice as fast compared to 60 fps. Now, I know the obvious solution, but I'd really love to be able to enjoy the smoother gameplay experience courtesy of 120 Hz without having the game run twice as fast.

Ideas other than contacting the developer directly?
