Yes, some like the Halloween theme and some don't. Some like the Christmas theme and some don't.
Making these themes optional is a great idea but why the hell as DLCs? One who doesn't use Galaxy would have to reinstall the game to get rid of the decorations.

Or did you also create an option to turn them on and off ingame?

edit: Looks like they add a ingame switch, so ... nevermind :)
