Let me say I have installed many sinks so I know about taking the caps off and how to install. I installed a sink hook up kit on a wall without it, took the caps off and bought sink with cabinet to install. Not happening! I have bought both items several different times, closed out of the game and pretty much everything else I read to do but still cannot install sink. Can someone please help or please fix the sink issue?

Move the sink slowly from side to side: if it flashes geen for a moment, there is a problem with the installation kit. If it doesn't, there may be something on the floor preventing you from installing it. Try with different sinks, in particular one without a cabinet. If you get a green placement, the problem is almost definitely with the floor. Check the wall on both sides, there may be a small item blocking the cabinet.

If nothing works, you may need to move on to more drastic measures, such as taking the entire wall down.
