I saw that when you remove an object, and in particular the default shower installation, from any house at the default state,you can't install it again in the same place. I wanted to do some renovation in the First Office and the Small Bungalow and this bug occurred in both cases. I don't know if it is a bug or not but it's limiting the renovation aspect of the game.
