I was sold a game that is now abandoned and is no longer being updated nor allowing me access to the newest DLC's. This company just straight up abandoned GOG users and when requesting a refund from GOG I'm told "oh it's ok they'll give you a steam key lol". NO, **** STEAM. Also, on a forum post ON steam, there are people complaining that they haven't even received keys! This is so fucking anti consumer and NO ONE CARES and NOTHING is getting done about it!? Sweep it all under the rug and STFU ritght!?

Oh I understand the arguments. "Well you received what you purchased. They stopped selling you anything new but you did and can still play what you purchased." This game was actively in development, changing and adding new things on a constant basis. This game was essentially early access, just without the title. The fact that I can buy into the game, and then the company can POOF and I'm stuck with an old version or an unupdated version of the game MISSING CONTENT is unacceptable to me. Sure, they can do what they want, it's their product. Don't sell on GOG anymore. I WANT MY ******* MONEY BACK THEN. If you're abandoning me and treat me and all the others who liked your game and spent money on it like this ****, I want a way to recoup the loss I've encurred! What's to stop any of these ******* companies from getting us hooked into a good game, and then attempting to pull the rug and sell it to us AGAIN on a different platform!?

Yes, I know a lot of games didn't get certain updates on GOG etc etc. How the **** can we as consumers get our money back when a company pulls bull**** like this? This whole situation NEEDS ATTENTION and NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED or these **************** are never going to have to answer for this!

For certain I have put everyone involved in making this game on my ****list. I will never buy from them again. Honestly the only power we consumers always have. If you were affected buy this, don't buy The Tennant on GOG. Don't buy anything from anyone associated with House Flipper until these fuckers ANSWER for this shit.

(Update) A month later they email claiming I can give them all the required info and get steam keys. So they're really fucking slow to respond (FYI for those of you looking for steam keys) and of course I am just screwed because fuck steam. Whatever, these companies are dead to me.

Same here.

I posted on the steam forum where one of the devs was telling people to email them with the purchase info, but it´s been more than a month since I sent everything they asked for and I´m still waiting for a reply.
I'm sorry that's happened to you.

All I can do is say something, send emails and hope someone with the power to do something gives a damn. Otherwise, I would really suggest blacklisting that company and publisher to avoid this in the future.
I'm also disappointed they dropped GOG like a hot potato and I have not gotten my steam key yet. I'd rather have the game back on gog, surely it can't be THAT hard.

You might have a better time talking to the devs. about this on their discord.

I've tried contacting them in many ways. I think with how they went about doing this they don't have any plans on giving a shit about us on GOG any time soon. Sorry you haven't gotten your key :( Seems there's fuck all we can do. A key is not a solution IMO and not something I will accept because FCKDRM.
