I have been playing through the Pets DLC of House Flipper and purchased the train house to renovate. From the very first time I walked onto the property, this house has been severely glitched for me, and I cannot figure out a way around it or a fix.

The windows on my train car are "missing". You can see the dirty glass pane, but there is no window frame. I am also missing the majority of one of the outside walls where there is supposed to be some graffiti. The picture/poster hanging up inside the car is also directly on top of one of the bugged windows, making it impossible for me to clean, pick up and move or sell. I have tried to sell the windows (If I can just put new ones in and move on, that's fine.) It would not allow me to sell them. I have tried to clean the windows, and it will not clean the windows. This weird issue has me perplexed, as I've done all the weird little fixes that I know of, and then tried to shut the game down and relaunch it. That still did not help with this property, although it did help with a weird gallery glitch that I was also having where some of my pictures were only loading in as black boxes and not the actual photo. It did not however help with the invisible items that I've "seen" on a few of the Pets DLC jobs though. (Was able to sell the item, but I couldn't actually see it. I realized something was there when it wouldn't allow me to walk further back into the room and I happened to already have my scan gun out.)

Is there any fixes for this property? It kind of seems pointless to me to even try to continue renovating it, if I can't see one of the walls and the windows will still register as being dirty.
