So the game works, it's nice but it's a little bit buggy.

I have these slowdowns which are annoying, and the game crashes when I quit.

One more annoying thing: the splash screen, freeezing for a very long time on startup, for no apparent reason. It is supposed to be this quick, fast paced game, with minimalists graphics, and I feels like I am launching The Witcher or something.

I hope there will be another patch in the future. I have seen that the game on Steam has a beta version, so hopefully it is not yet abandoned.

I luckily haven't had problems to your degree but I frequently get some graphical errors. A weird, large square box flashes over my character intermittently throughout a level. It's not game breaking but it's annoying.

Try turning off surfaces in options. In my experience, it helps quite a bit with various issues.
