Recently i was reading a post about changing language and i noticed that the solution didn't work for all, so i want to share what i did.

First of all, as the post says, Hotline Miame doesn't recognize symbols that are not in a common english keyboard, that's why it gives problems when changing language (My username was Leá Monde).

It's not necessary to create another login account (because you'll lost your personlization), you only need to change the location of the Documents folder.

e.g.

My Documents folder is C:\Users\Leá Monde\Documents
The game saves the config inside there in Hotline Miami Folder

So (using my example).
1. Close all your programs (because they can interfere with step 8, web browsers won't)
2. Go to C:\Users\Leá Monde\
3. Right click on "Documents" folder
4. Select "Properties" (I think, mine is in spanish)
5. You have some tabs, go to the one that says "Location" ("Ubicación" for me)
6. You'll see the route like this C:\Users\Leá Monde\Documents
7. Change that name to one that does not have symbols. It should look like this:
C:\Users\Lea Monde\Documents
8. Accept and click "move" if you're prompt to. This will move everything in that folder to the new location, even the hotline miami folder.
9. Launch Hotline Miami and select your language, it should work now.
