Hey guys,

I got this game three days ago and it worked fine. Tried launching it yesterday and today and it won't start anymore, it just hangs on the loading screen. There's no log or anything I could check what the error is.

Things I tried:
- Installed the latest graphics drivers
- Reinstalled vc_redist for x86 and 64bit (I'm on Win7 64bit)
- Reinstalled the game, once from the Gog downloader, once downloaded through my browser
- Ran it with admin rights
- Ran it with XP compatiblity mode

Nothing worked, it just hangs on the loading screen, task manager just says at some point that the process is not responding...

Any ideas?

Are you running the latest version? Game has been patched in the last couple days so make sure you check your installer. Should be 1.1.0

Same for me. Have installed v1.1 but still no luck.

Yes, I updated to the latest version.

I could start the game again yesterday evening, after installing a ton of win7 updates and running the memcheck utility. Maybe I have a corrupt memory block. It seems very random for the game to start one day but not the other.

Disable your printers and try again.

I'm dead serious.

I saw the post on the steam forums. Unfortunately disabling the printers did not make a difference for me.
