I have to go to work tomorrow and it's already 21:00 here. I really hope we don't have to wait too much longer otherwise I won't be able to play until tomorrow night.
Free day to relax and rest, woke up incredibly early (UTC -3, so about 10 hours ago), since we had only the date I thought the game would be already released.

I... I think I've been pressing F5 too much, maybe abusing is the right word, my keyboard and I are not in good terms anymore, I fear this will lead to asdanyeoew welkd ew qa efqaw qawde qaw g q`wenas PIN: 9234 Noooooooo
They'll have to change the release date on their website soon.
Why is this even happening T_T They are patching controllers into the steam version before releasing on GOG at this rate.
Yeah... definitely a reason not to preorder on GOG, I'm sorry to say. I look forward to certain releases, and not getting them when the time comes makes for a sad evening.
I bet the gog-monks are having boatload of fun playing the game, so much fun, that not one of them remembered to push the big red button "RELEASE" in the Big Control Room :O

Stop playing around and do the release-dance right now, undisciplined monks ! Bring out the stereo, drop the bass and slice the Ham !

Or the Holy Church of Good Ol' Gaming will not be pleased and may unleash its wrath in form of splitting the publishing rights of the expansion packs between several companies, some not even speaking english or having ever dealt with IP/publishing rights before.

I hope Dennation understands that every hour this game is delayed, another head gets crushed in an elevator.

Apparently GOG didn't even get the game yet. So hold you horses and stash your pitchforks, guys.

fresh from twitter: "The @GOG DRM-free version is on it's way, sorry for the delay but needed to kill some last minute bugs! "
I guess I'm playing tomorrow night then. I wish my steam purchase hadn't given me so many issues.
SOON

I gotta say, of all the developers out there, Cactus is probably the one I'd least expect to have trouble meeting a deadline.

HM is not a prototype, it's not one of his "crazy" game who can be have bugs and be patched a few days later because it's just played by a niche (and hell, it's free, who would complain about it), this time Cactus needs to make super-sure he's providing a 99% bug-free experience to people:

a) Because HM is probably going to reach more people than his other free games, so these people might not be ready or capable of dealing with bugs

b) Because these people paid some money to get it, so they'll get angry if it's too bugged (I know these people would be crazy, but well, they haven't played any other Cactus games yet)

c) Because it's a "bigger" game, so there's much more potential bugs to fix

The good thing is the guy is probably working on it now, unlike the big studios devs, who were so much into crunch, and with so much bureaucracy to deal with, that bug fixes take a week when it shouldn't take more than 48 hours.
The developers did great work and a great game! HM will be awesome...

But I can't wait anymore. I know in the next minutes it'll be released on gog.com but I've to stand up tomorrow at 5:30 am and It's know here in Middle Europe 10:20 pm. So I have to wait until tomorrow evening :'(
