I'm picking up on what FriedChickenCamo started in this thread.
I just got the game a few days ago and the damn profiles do speed by in a flash and that sucks. So to sum it up, i extracted the loading screens (profiles) from the game files and, well, see the attached pics.
profiles1 - Borden, Elroy, Jeager, Kenzie, Korolev, Kroker
profiles2 - Lazare, Madsen, Patton, Ransom, Sinclair, Antaeus (loading screen)
That's it.

Khalan: Thank you!

No problem :)
Thanks for it Namur. Hey how do you access the game files btw? I want to hack around and see if I can do any sort of modding for it. There are things like the Scalpel sounds that I want to change

I have an extractor for it. No game is ever complete unless i can get my hands on some extractor to muck around with the game files. Biggest challenge so far was finding one for Experience 112 :)
I'll upload the extractor somewhere and edit this post with a link.
Edit : here's the link
Keep in mind i used this only for .mng files, i haven't spent much time looking at other files yet.
Oh, and you have to run the .exe trough the command line. There's a .txt file to help with the commands and flags.

Ah thanks. I had no idea there was an extractor for Antaeus files.
Hey umm, I'm a big fan of Hostile Waters! I wanna know who is Jeager. I didn't see him in the game or that loading screen. Is there a newer patch or something?

Hi.
I still didn't finish HW (too many games demanding attention), and i've extracted the profiles from the game files, so there's a chance this is something that wasn't actually used in the game (something the devs inteded to use but didn't), or something that it's used at some point to tell the background story.
But it was right next to the other profiles so i've decided to post it aswell.

Perhaps GOG should include the profile images as an extra, considering the difficulty of actually reading them in game.
That's actually a good idea.
In the meantime, if anone wants the profiles images separated just let me know and i'll upload them somewhere.
Maybe it was an old hint for a sequel? Just like the ending. Maybe Rage planned for a sequel after all.
Hi, I've downloaded this gobread.exe, but I can't use it to extract the contents of Audio.mng, but I am very interested in this.
Can you help me in how to use this program? I have Win7Ultimate, 64bit, and the problem is, that I can't run the program, and I can't find the command line...
So I've tried to run it with dosbox dos emulator. It is started the extraction of audio.mng, but stopped after 1 file. It's says "too long filenames, error" or something like that.
Can you help me in that? My msn address is: deligrafik@hotmail.com
I appreciate the help, thx!
Hello
I'm a fan of Hostile Waters - 10 years of gameplay. There are several mysteries like additional soulcatchers: Jaeger, Fraser, Muggs, Lee, Klein, Vankin, Clute, NVidia (from Demo version) and Korolev with Warren Ellis' face (German language version). How can I extract files of this game? Gobread's window disappeared after half a second from opening.

You have to use the command line to use the tool.
