Hi all, just wanted to inform that GOG sells both an international and a special Japanese version, but the Japanese version is only available when you browse the site using a Japanese locale. The product page is here: https://www.gog.com/game/horizon_zero_dawn_complete_edition_jp
Note that this page will redirect you to a general game search when you've visited GOG before and are not using a Japanese locale/IP. You can, however, open the page in incognito once, and if you know your way around, it's possible to buy it as well.
The situation seems to be similar on Steam, see here:

Main differences that I've been able to confirm after purchasing the Japanese version:
- Japanese version comes with Japanese dialogues
- Japanese version has A/B buttons (Xbox controller) swapped in menus, meaning you confirm with B and cancel with A. While the general game controls can be changed in the settings, this aspect cannot be changed
So far, I would only recommend getting the Japanese version if the fully localized Japanese dialogue is an important aspect for you and/or you are used to/prefer the Japanese control scheme.
