In the Zero Dawn facility one of the data points is supposed to sit on a table that will get destroyed in a cut scene.
If it was not obtained then, it supposed to be available in the room later, but it's not there.

This was already buggy on the PS4, but it apparently got fixed at some point. On the PC I can't find that data item.

a) supposed to float in the air where the table used to be (before the fix)
or
b) lie on a piece of rubble near that point.



Edit: Nevermind, I got it now.

What I had to do, was exit the facility, save the game, reload it and enter the facility again.

You probably can skip saving and reloading the game, exiting and reentering the facility will probably do the trick. But better be safe than sorry.
