So, I found that I should install vcredist_x64.exe
So, I installed that. Still tells me that the file is missing.

There are different versions from Microsoft Visual C++.
Best thing to do is installing all of them from 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017 in both 32bit and 64bit.
If the game is still not running after installing them, try to download the missing file manually and put it into the game dir, where the "HWRStart.exe" is located.
