Already bought the game, and it plays just as good as I remember, beat the campaign a few minutes ago, and love the noise the baddy makes at it dies, mostly because even when you win, the thing can still be creepy as heck. That said, I remember a mod back in the day that let me play with the special fighter you get near the end of the final mission throughout the campaign, but the site I got it from is long since defunct. Anyone know where I can find it? Or how to make it? I have a BIG file viewer, so I can access the files easily enough, I just don't know what ship files or research ones are being referenced as the special fighter.

I just did, sadly, no luck there. Made a mod to turn the Recon into a kick butt fighter though, so it worked out in the end. Just bumped it up to 100X normal attack and defense, while also bumping the price up by 100X as well.
