As the title says. I know the Steam version of this game got a content update as recently as two weeks ago, with a new character class, region, dungeon, and more. But are these updates also present in this version?

I would also like to know before buying it.
The current sale price is 20% off until April 4, but it's worthless if it is not kept up-to-date.

Okay, so I took the plunge - yes, it is currently at v070 same as Steam...!

Looks like they just released .7 a couple months ago. Last one before that was a year prior, prior to that it was every few months, but looks like they were smaller patches. Looks like major updates (a .1 v upgrade) are coming about yearly. Gog is the same as the steam version and the patches appear to be at the same time on both platforms. It was a year between updates, but this was a major named update.

Just fyi, search "(game) gog db" and click on the gogdb link, and youll see all of the patch releases and all. Of course (game) being the specific game youre interested in seeing the update history for. So in this case I searched "holomento gog db" to find the gogdb link for this game. You can typically search "(game) steam build" and it should come up with the latest build version on a steam release notes page. Then you can at least see if theyre treating gog fairly and see how active the devs are.
