Just downloaded this game as I loved the original on PS1 so much, however it seems that all the ingame music is missing.

The track in question is called 'In the Field'

It just feels very empty without it playing in the background, was wondering if there is a fix or any way to implement this in some way?

Original PC version didn't have it, so it's not in GoG release either. Sorry.

Yeah I'm in the same boat as you. That ambient track is really important. I wonder if it's possible to rip the track from the Playstation disc , convert it to the same .ogg format as the existing tracks,.. and maybe replace all the existing army tracks that play when a new turn is started. That way it would always play in-game.
