For the ones that would like to know how to enable controller in Hitman Absolution. I did find a workaround that does not need any installation of Drivers or 3th party program.
Just had Hitman Absolution as a ''Non- steam game library.
MAke sure your controller is configure in '' Big Picture mode''
And you are ready to play.
Works great whit my old MadCatz , controler
