sidenote: gog guys, you should really consider adding a simple changelog to every game you release - nothing fancy, just a few lines with what has been fixed and/or added.

He probably meant that "if you die, you can respawn once" thing the game has.

Actually you buy the respawns from the money you have on your account - the higher the difficulty setting, the higher is the price.
