Ergofooly: I tried this method using a PS4 controller via DS4Windows and the controller was functional. however The buttons that didn't work were R1 (right bumber) and L2 (Left trigger). which meant i couldn't sneak around unless i had the FiberWire equipped. Also, when i had attempted to access the controls on the main menu to bind some controller buttons the game would just..crash. unfortunatley i dont have an actual xbox controller in my possesion to test so i guess its just mouse and keyboard for me :(

lechacal: Here's how to get Hitman Blood Money (mostly) working with an xbox controller without the need for an external program

1. GO to game directory

2. Open "HitmanBloodMoney.ini"

3. Add these lines:

UseGameController
ConfigFile=Controls.cfg
Gamepadmode

4. Download this file: "mediafire .com/file/439hroh7d14f655/xbox+controls+fix.zip"

5. Extract the contents of the file to the game directory

6. Play the game

You'll need to press enter (or bind a controller button to enter) at the end of each mission, and also need to manually ALT+F4 out of the game, but apart from that, the game works mostly the same as playing on the console versions using this fix
