I noticed that the very first movie sequence in Hitman: Absolution as well as the launcher is English only. I tried it with the Steam version as well and here the launcher is multi-linguag and the intro sequence also is fully voiced in the chosen language. Is there something I miss or is it a bug? I already contacted GOG but apparently support is not really working because of Covid and home office.

I was able to create a workaround for the intro until GOG has fixed it.

With this file exchanged (it's just a movie so no DRM involved) the intro will be multi-lingual as intended so you will get audio according to the set audio in menu.

You're welcome. I've also informed GOG about this and they forwaded it to the product department who can and will decide if they can include it in the installer or not. If you ask me, they have to since it clearly is a bug the way it is sold right now.
