Here's how to get Hitman Blood Money (mostly) working with an xbox controller without the need for an external program
1. GO to game directory
2. Open "HitmanBloodMoney.ini"
3. Add these lines:
UseGameController
ConfigFile=Controls.cfg
Gamepadmode
4. Download this file: "mediafire .com /file/439hroh7d14f655/xbox+controls+fix.zip"
5. Extract the contents of the file to the game directory
6. Play the game
You'll need to press enter (or bind a controller button to enter) at the end of each mission, and also need to manually ALT+F4 out of the game, but apart from that, the game works mostly the same as playing on the console versions using this fix
