This game is marketed as DRM free on the store, but is not.

At least "no online connection required to play" is, while actually true, quite stupid in this case. Yes, you can play 10% of the game offline, but NO, that's not what it should mean!
Their pathetic wording on steam was

I have the disconnect screenshots whilst playing this single player game,

You have been disconnected from the HITMAN server. There was a network error etc etc

Was still connected to everything else..

The game is $80 here on GOG seriously it was not even that much on steam when I got it.
While I do not own the game, this may actually show the future of this platform. I strongly disagree with the solution of what CDPR said about removing negative reviews and adding back the functionality of DRM as a product on a "DRM-FREE Plaftorm".
Certainly is a good prediction Indicator the Naïve or Shill will respond with claims that it's paranoia or that they would never do that.

EA do the exact same thing every year and all the fools follow like little sheep handing over the money whilst EA make a bunch of promises then screw everyone, They never learn.

They only made a statement against review-bombing. From what I've seen, they have not removed any "negative reviews" that reasonably justify their bad rating with an argument against bad features. Review-bombing is when there's an obvious systematic effort to change a product's rating with empty or copypasted "reviews" that say nothing of substance. That can be done maliciously to make the product look worse, or by shills to make it look better. Such effort has not been applied to this game, and no reviews have been deleted as a result.

Yes, but I had said that because of the current situation, not because of review-bombing. Regardless of the matter now, I am pleased that GOG has pulled the game back until devs will get rid of that drm of the product (I hope they will, eventually).
