WitchyWoman84: Why is it so difficult to get this running on the GOG version and yet people have gotten it to work on a physical copy or even an abandonware version? Why doesn't GOG rectify this? Your paying for it so they should make the effort because the version set up in GOG is inferior..

No. As I explained in another post I made, the GOG version will never support the 3dfx update, because it was made for Windows 95 and not DOS, therefore making it fundamentally incompatible with the version we have. You can, at best, get it working on a virtual Win95 machine with a Windows 95 copy of the sim.
