Using Windows 10. Installed fine. Tried to run it and it asked to install Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime. Thought I already had it, but whatever. Turns out to be UE4 Prerequisites. Fine. I install it. Game still won't run. Tells me I still need the Runtime but when I click ok, it says it's already installed.

This is garbage.
