Looks like it's gone from coming soon at the store.
Hero’s Hour - Rogue Realms came out May 2 on Steam and reviews say there are a lot bug currently.

You are welcome. Since I have the full game, I am waiting until the DLC is sold by itself. Not keen on returning the game and then getting the other version.

As it isn't really clear anywhere, just letting future people know that you can get Rogue Realms on GOG by upgrading to the Deluxe Edition. You get a discount if you already own the main game.

So far, not everyone has been upgraded to the deluxe version of the game.
