So, in normal difficulty, (base game no DLC) I get to the final battle where I'm attacking the enemy champion in their castle base. I think the blue A.I had already taken out green A.I and probably had another base left after this one.

Anyway, I roll up with my full army including 40 green dragons, the game tells me it's a 'moderate' difficulty battle. I pretty much wipe their entire army in the battle, suffering a few casualties, when two Caribou Lords turned invincible, flying around at mach 10 all over the screen, like, super-fast flying in circles around my actual flying units. They had like 6000-9000 dmg stat and really high HP and I assume other stats, also. They actually were invincible, and weren't taking damage from any source, or were immediately healing through it. These two caribou lords were going to destroy my entire army, single-(uh, double-)handedly, so I quit out of the game.

Anybody ever seen anything like this? I assume they had multiple stacks (an in, several hundred) of the bloodlust buff, that somehow became a permanent effect? I may or may not have rage-uninstalled after this happened.
