lol. Okay, I know that's not exactly the question I want to ask. Wife and I are playing HOMM3 right now. It's multiplayer, but it's effectively turn based. Like, we might as well be playign hotseat. Are any of the HOMM games capable of simultaneous multiplayer?

If I'm not mistaken HoMM5 introduced simultaneous turns but only till you meet your opponent.

Once you mee your opponent it's not really possible. How do you resolve turns if they're played simultaneously.

I'd be happy with partial simultaneous play. This might do the trick.

Honestly, I'd be happy with just being able to buy stuff in my cities off-turn. That's probably half my turn anyway if I don't have a combat.
