It is common (often) Windows 10/11 issue. It prevent included win10fix wrapper to work. First of you most likely install Galaxy and/or game onto system drive.
Use D/Games/GOG-Galaxy and D/Games/Game-name-123/ as path.

Without wrappers Win10 unable to properly draw the game cause of entirely broken backward compatibility in DirectX 12. GOG forked they own wrapper and release update with it. Main file is ddraw dll and DXCFG exe as configurator. Admin rights required
