What OS are you using?

Did you install in Program Files?

UAC can interfere with games trying to make/update save files if the game was installed in Program Files.

Looks like Windows 10 is supported, so I'd suggest contacting Support. I'm afraid I don't have any other ideas for you.

I'm having the same issue. Are you saying to uninstall and reinstall in another folder? I actually uninstalled from my C:%user%\Program Files and reinstalled on D:%user%\Program Files to get it off my SSD boot drive. Would this not accomplish the same thing??
