I'm having a bit of trouble attempting to play Heroes online, is it even possibly anymore? Gamespy doesn't carry it anymore and I tried to tcp/ip connect (america connecting with a canadian computer, but I dont think that matters) I have a router, the canadian computer doesnt... they hosted, I attempted to join but nothing.

Any ideas, suggestions, geniuses out here? Or maybe even someone that'd like to host a game?

Use either Hamachi, GameRanger or similar program for connecting to people to play with. Hamachi simulates LAN network, so just start local game. Didn't try another ones, so I cannot comment on them.

I've been using the GameRanger for a while, and I haven't been complaining for lack of games online. There are always at least 10-15 games hosted at the time.

For the people that would try to run WoG through the GameRanger, you can run the game through Homm Armageon Blade tab. Just fallow those simple instructions:

1) Install WoG.
2) make sure that you are installing on Homm that doesn't have any other patches installed (WoG won't work otherwise)
3) Change the name of WoG exe file from h3wog.exe to h3blade.exe
3) Run the GameRanger, and make it run HoMM Armagedon's Blade
4) Localize the new h3blade.exe in the HoMM directory.
