I am trying to play HOMM 5 but my keyboard isn't workin in the game. My driver updater says my drivers for my keyboard and usb ports are up to date. What else can I do?

Hi there. I can't use the keyboard either. I'm in contact with someone from support (Falran), he tries to figure it out. I also cannot zoom in or out or tilt the camera. Do you have this problem, too, or is it just the keyboard problem for you?
