Hola a todos soy nuevo en esto y me gustaria saber si todavia hay mapas para este juego, me lo acaba de comprar ya que no paraba de jugar en mi infancia y ahora me encuentro con que los mapas que en la pagina donde me los descargaba el juego no me los reconoce

Si alguien me pudiera ayudar se lo agradeceria, lo siento por hablar en español mi nivel de ingles es muy malo

You need to have the right version of the game, including the right expansion for some of the games.

If you mean GOG version of HoMM3 it, just like the disk version of the Complete edition, accepts only maps in formats for Restoration of Erathia, Armageddon Blade and Shadow of Death.
You, probably, maps in formats for Wake of God or Horn of the Abyss.Vanilla game won't accept those until correponding mod is installed.
Map files could be corrupted during download as well. Check whether it's possible to extract h3m archive contents manually or not. If not then you most likely have to redownload. Archive of Heroes of Might and Magic III (R) Maps is what you want.

They aren't really expansions, they are mods. There is a sticky thread I this sub-forum forearm of them. One is Hornof the Abyss, while the other is Wake of Gods.

Maps may not be compatible between either of those mods and the unmodded game.

You have to choose which mod you want to install. Maps from Wake of Gods won't be compatible with Horn of the Abyss mod. Those from HotA won't be compatible with WoG. You can install the base game, do a copy of it and install the mods on separate copies. This way you'll have access to both mods, but they'll still have separate launchers.
