I am considering getting HMM3 Complete, but have found HMM2 on Android is really good for me to be able to walk away from the game when my Toddler or wife needs me. Is HMM3 compatible with Dosbox for Android or any other way of getting GOG on Android?

Yes there is an App on Google Play called VCMi that you need to use. It does NOT use DOS Box though.
