Hi Folks,

First I am sorry if this topic opened and solved before but I really need your help.I am using vista 64 bit and using a nice laptop[well a bit outdated with geforce 9800 gts]

I can play all games on GOG except HOMM IV.It is not starting but gives me a BSOD i tried everything[run as admin,compability,updating my drives even defrag my hdd] and still no use.

if anyone could help me it will be great for me

Did you tried vanilla HoMM IV v1.0 (March 2002 2CD 3DO released) version? What caused a crash on your system?
Use MS debugger with kdfe frontend and post minidump analysis (kdfe.cmd <dump_file> -v > C:\crashlog.txt ) and post C:\crashlog.txt contents here if you really need help.
