Hey Everyone!

I am a nearly computer illiterate person. I bought HoMM 5 from here and I was able to play it for quite some time, I made it to the 3rd Campaign, playing time was likely in the area of 20 hours (total not straight) and then all of a sudden the screen went black and my computer was completely frozen. I had to turn the computer off manually. I was able to get back into the game and still am, but now every time after about 2 minutes the same thing happens. I can save the game and start from where that left off, but it still crashes... I tried the other two games Tribes of the East and Hammer and the same thing happens immediately. I followed all of the support that GOG supplied and did everything they suggested on there to rectify the problem and nothing has worked. I don't understand why it would work for so long and then stop....has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have a solution. I completely removed it from my computer and reinstalled it a few times as well and nothing changed. I really like the game and want to buy the other 4 to play but not if they are not going to work.
