Hello,
I just bought Heroes of Might and Magic IV, but when I launch it, my screen can't display the game : "Out of Range"
Normaly, I solve this problem changing the game resolution's.
But I can't find any file to change it in GoG Directory, and the windows option "lanch with resolution 640x480" don't change anything (still out of range).
I use W10, with a resolution of 1366x768

hi lorenzo,
homm 4 works with 800x600, 1024x768 and 1280x1024.
i think 1280x1024 is standard, so you get an "out of range".
resolution is stored in registry.
start "regedit.exe", search for "magic iv" (or go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\New World Computing\Heroes of Might and Magic IV") and change resolution to 800 or 1024 (dezimal).
this will do the trick in win7.
