Sorry if this has come up before. I had a look but I couldn't find a thread with my problem.

I've downloaded and installed multiple times and I keep getting an error message "Files from Heroes III are missing. Please reinstall Heroes III" every time I try to play.

Every time I've installed it the file integrity check goes through fine, and it seems to install fine. Still get the error. Not sure what else to do.

I'm running Windows 7 if that means anything.

Ah, never mind. Apparently I'm a n00b and all it needed was to be run as administrator.

Yeah, that's the case with many old games, running as admin will prevent all kinds of issues as well as tthe redirect of saves to the Virtual Store folder.
