Hi All: This is strange. I played GOG version of HoMM 2. Just recently when I execute the game & the "Cyberlore Logo" shows up (Just before the New World Computing Logo) it slows down like it's fading away, then nothing. A few times I restarted my computer & it works fine! Then sometimes it doesn't. What gives? Has anyone tweaked the settings within the executable?

I have very basic skills with this type of thing (used to be tech support for BSKYB) our normal line was "Have you tried turning it off and on again" considering youve done that I would say uninstall and reinstall but as I said "very basic skills"
