The game crashes when I hit next turn. I revised the forum and another user have the same problem, unfortunately there is no solution posted.

OK, the game runs fine on an administrator account. So far I have ruled out UAC, is not the issue. I tried to give all applications administrator's privileges but that doesn't work.

The problem arises if you try to run the game on other account than the administrator. Run as Administrator doesn't work. You must use Shift Right Click on the shortcut then use Run As A Different User, give the Administrator Name and Password.
