Friend of mine is having a problem in reverse of most. He got the windowed mode working, but needs it in proper full screen to see the game clearly. Any fix for this to make it not lock in to windowed mode?

Edit: This has spread to all GOG installed games. He's re-installed HOMM3 once and rebooted after.

Edit2:Solved, was a video card issue.

Just adding a post to confirm a video issue based on each card type. it is solved.
