I finished HOMM3 on steam, hd version, can i use my finished savegame on HOMM3 complete, to start from it?

I don't think so. As far as I know, Heroes 3 HD Edition on Steam (which doesn't have the expansions) is a completely different product.

There is a HD Mod for original Heroes 3, but's not the same thing.
