Hi, every few days when I launch HoMM3 the introduction movie plays without any options to skip it. How do I solve this problem?

The HD mod is the solution to most HoMM 3 problems.

This is also solvable by going to the registry (regedit):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\New World Computing\Heroes of Might and Magic III\1.0
and changing the key "First time" from '1' to '0'. If it is already '0', then try changing the "ShowIntro" key also to '0'
If you have an x64 bit OS, the path would be ~\Software\Wow6432Node\~
