So I try to boot up Heroes of Might and Magic 2 Gold. I run the setup.exe, everything works fine.
I click the shortcut and I am greeted with a very bright green screen, which proceeds to play the intro music. I have to alt+tab out.
I run it on Windows 98 compatibility mode. Double-click, nothing happens.
So I try to run the HoMM2.exe file through Dosbox (v.74). I get a text block saying I don't have the CD, so I can only play as a guest in multiplayer. Menu screen looks just fine, no green screen. Sound works fine too.
I am running a Windows 7 Ultimate x64. How can I make this thing work?
