My brand new computer tell me I dont have 25_dll I downlaoded it from micrsoft web site. It is still not seeing it Can someone give me advice

Instead of downloading a single file, please follow this guide to install full DirectX 9 package:
http://www.gog.com/support/heroes_of_might_and_magic_5_bundle/directx_file_not_found_d3dx9_43dll_etc
If the problem still persists, please contact our Support Team and they will surely help you further.
