That's been in the making (or at least in talks) for quite a while... And as I see, it still isn't ready. I wonder if it ever will be...

It will, because there's now an open beta test, but it is restricted to certain countries (like France, at least this i'm sure) and proxy connection doesn't work : you get to the page, can registerd, but when you click on the "play" button, nothing happens... :(

Was in the closed beta a while ago - then got kicked out because I dared to criticize UBI Softs draconian DRM on FarCry 2 on their forums *shrugs* Wasn't that big a loss - it wasn't bad for a browserbased game, but eh... not exactly looking great at that point either. Maybe they'll make it great before final release - the idea certainly had merit - and the developers did seem to pay a good deal of attention to the response from the testers...

Oh, but have you seen the Heroes IV Trading Card Game? Now, that's something weird and interesting.

I've seen a few cards, I think somewhere on the Celestial Heavens site.
Sure it looks interesting, bui I haven't seen any shop selling it.

I remember some did in France, in Paris role-playing shops. Never dared to spend any € in that, though

So you were there too? I participated a whole turn (all starting with one city, doing their expansions etc and right to the finals. The designers did so much progress while we all used the game like good weed ;)
No seriously - I miss that browser game. I tried to get in touch with that community guy again, but I think it has been stopped somehow. It's a shame. My only hope is, that the devs play one or two more closed betas with new dummy testers to see the game evolving the way they want to.

It's probably one of the best browser games out there right now, right next to the Witcher VS

Of course if you buy a subscription things go faster but with a free account it's almost the same

Many things were added and fixed, the concept is very cool and its pretty awesome

Of course, the game IS very slow, it takes hours for something to build, it usually takes around 30 min for a battle, so overall this game takes very little of your time daily and if you log in for 10-20 min a day that is more than enough, its pretty addictive as well

Other GOG members are more than welcome to Create new kingdoms close to my Town and start the game close to me, my town is called Revelos and if you start I will try to help you with what I can, of course GOG members are welcome to form alliances as well :)

Thanks for bringing this to my attention! Hadn't heard of it till I saw this thread and I've been playing it for a few days now. Pretty enjoyable thus far for a browser game. Definitely recommend for anyone else looking for a browser-based game they can through down a few turns on each day.
