Hey Guys,

I am trying really hard to make Heroes III work with windows 8.
I can play the game but not in full screen. I try to press f4 and but it says something about colour settings. Tried to change the compability to windows 7 etc to no avail.
There is nothing on the net to help me on this.
Please help! I'll be forever in gratitude to you!

Windows 8 is not the problem, since I am running Heroes III Complete in Windows 8.1, and it runs 100% fine.

Something else must be the problem.

They say that Metro UI should be disabled prior playing the game in Windows 8.1

Nope.

PS. I'd love to help, but Windows 8 is not the problem, so it would help if you'd post more information on your system, hardware, drivers, etc.
