I am using windows 10 and everytime I change to a different player profile or change graphic settings the game freezes and the frame rate drops to close to 0.. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I haven't used Windows in years, but some things never change. How long has it been since you've used CrapCleaner or a similar program to get rid of all the cruft that builds up in any system, and how long since you last Defragged?

The system is new and has little to no crap as I built it from parts. I feel certain this is driver or directx issue. I was hoping there was a wrapper like dgvoodoo etc to use.

The crap I'm referring to is software, not hardware. It's the little bits of leftover stuff that programs sometimes leave behind on your system.
