Confirmed: "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations" in the compatibility section of the executable properties is sufficient for me. Originally had the same issues as @gogzilla.

I found an increadibly easy, ridiculous solution to this problem. After running the game (after the sound starts but there is no image), press the Windows button to pull the game to the taskbar and then just pull it up again. The image should be there. It worked every single time.

I can't change resolution to FHD...
Gog wersion don't work with any HD mod (after install HD mode from other site i get black screen). Somone know how run game in FHD with any mod?
