It just shuts down for me. Just a quick black screen and then an error appears. This is bogus

I like how you give no info for anyone to actually be able to help you like the following

- WHICH GAME ARE YOU PLAYING as this forum covers 5 Heroes of Might and Magic
- What OS you are using
- also if you have admin privileges
